This is my last direct post on Blogger. Posterous and Tumblr offer so much more, particularly automated connections with other social networking sites. Still haven't figured out which I like more. Tumblr has great templates and better look and feel. But beyond twitter and fb, it doesn't auto post anywhere else. Posterous seamlessly imported all my old content from all my blogs (this one, VeriPoint's, and IfThenRadio.com), acts as a hub to all other social networking sites (twitter, fb, LinkedIn, tumblr, etc.) and automatically includes all the simple stuff like "follow me" icons for all my services. However, beyond the initial import, they do not support RSS feeds to maintain those connections. They have a way to go on the look and feel template side but I suspect that will grow quickly.
Can't tell who's going to win this contest yet but I suspect for short easy shares, it will be posterous. For hosting idalau.com and the gallery, it will stay on tumblr. Anyway my new sites are:
